Yes, smoke screen or trading marbles. One does not know and really the secrecy would be more indicative of a smoke screen.

I wish they were running drugs or something equally profitable so I could my last 28 SDs paid out. Mac needs money! We need the Sheep to not think about withdrawals and make some spends! Who cares if IT says you aren't able to? The BOD also said they weren't getting paid all this time that IT has stalled, but Mac let it slip that they were, oops! I'm sure a Sheep wishing to spend could convince Mac-o Whacko to take the money!
