Deckhands will be prosecuted

I just want to let you know that I will be making a formal investigation of IT. I spoke with my lawyer and all deckhands and other members associated with supervising and editing the IT forum are directly involved in aiding and abedding for either being paid by Mac or having knowledge of people who have recieved money and keeping it secret while editing any posts of investors who want to know where their money is.
I will be going to New Zealand to file a complaint with the government as well as the immigration department where Mac has filed for citizenship.
When I return I will be opeing up a site for members who lost money to sign a petition for a Class Action Law Suit against Mac for not adhering to the original contract that members invested their money in. This is the original TOS which I have copies of as well as all of the changes that have been made to it.
I also have copies of every page and update (lies) that were posted along the way including Mac's big announcements in the past.
The majority of the offline payouts I found out were to people that were owed money to from his past business. So he has illegally transferred money from this corporation. (Robbing Paul to Pay Peter)
If when this recent payout is drizzled out to members it will only benefit the smallest investors. For example, If one invested $10,000.00 and the payout is $500 per person then this would significantly benefit the person that only invested $100.00 while the larger investor won't even be seeing anything close to his original investment. His statement regarding getting back on line with payments is only another delay tactic and unless he pays everybody what is owed including interest and security deposits this lawsuit will be filed.
I have information that he has opened offshore bank accounts.
He is planning on telling people that he can't retrieve the loss on this business and will not be able to pay the rest of the monies.
I will keep you posted when I return or perhaps from NZ when I get there.

Would this also include people that were involved in CashTrade/CTIS who also lost money, that were lied to numerous times by Ray/Mac and Associates, that didn't get involved in IT?

I believe the NZ imigration dept.is the best approach and if enough
complaints from investors who claim there funds and believe they are
being used for who knows what....fill in the blank...illegal activities they would revoke his passport and maybe the airlines and other custom authorities from leaving NZ or by be held by other countries he trys to enter. I can't believe he would really would want mommy dearest in jail though because of his proud deeds he commited with her help. She would probably look skinnier in pen stripes though! If he dosen't pay out.

While you are taking care of the NZ scum, I will be working here in Oregon to get the "director" who is trying to weasel her way out of being involved! Oh so sorry Jodie Mann but you are in this as deep as ALL of them.

I am going to the Talent police department tomorrow morning, first thing. After that I will make the rounds of the state & federal offices in Medford, state police, FBI, etc., etc.

If they don't pay...THEY GO TO JAIL! EVERY ONE OF THEM!

I will do a scearch on the internet to find out the exact branch of government agencies in NZ and Austrailia to contact-over the telephone and through the internet. I already know about the NZ fraud squad, and various other authorities in NZ. However, please feel free to p.m. me giving me more information of whom to contacting in various government branches within NZ; I will wait to see what amount of payment might be dribbled down, but I am preparing for the worst.

Deckhands are not able to have knowledge of anything, they are fed like mushrooms, so you need to go one up to a "Petty Officer" they are the ones that hae the knowledge, Deckhands cannot edit anyones post, only thier own....They are not paid and have no knowledge of such....
