I need assistence with betting affiliate program

Hello,i earned 60 euros on one affiliate gambling program but the problem is they dont give payout until i will have 5 active refferals.So i can give 1$ to anyone who can signup there and upload those funds.Presently i dont have MB(they accept MB and cc and some other things)but i have paypal but if you cannot accept paypal i will try to get MB somehow
