Question about chargebacks and wells fargo

Well, a buddy of mine who is a minor used his wells fargo debit card to put 100 dollars onto full tilt poker, and naturally he lost it.
Anyways he checked the boxes that he was 18 and all but he was asking me if there was any way he can get his money back since he is a minor and they can't allow him to gamble anyways. I wasn't for sure, and just wanted to see if anyone on here new.

Regardless of whether he is a minor or not, tell him that he just learnt a very valuable life lesson and should take it like a man.

$100 is fairly cheap for such an important lesson.

well yes, I already said something similar, but If I help him figure out how to get his money back he is going to give me $50, so I might as well try right?

well obviously I want to turn $50, and I think hes learned his lesson, lol I already had my fun making fun of him about it.

He cant get the MoneyBack he accept the terms and condition when he create the account and play. If He is minor and make deposit he can play but when he try to witdraw the money need send documentation that proff that he is 18+ if he is minor the money is hold.

Its not hard to get a debit card for younger kids these days.
I have had one through wells fargo myself since I was 13.
Basically if you have a saving account with them for a few years and your parents are with you when you set it up you can get a debit card these days at pretty much any age...to a certain extent...lol
