Also maybe 50 is too low a number of posts to qualify for the exchange folder.
There has been an improvement since the 50 minimum was initiated, but maybe need to advance that. Maybe 100 posts.
Another forum does not allow access to their exchange forum until 250 posts.
Number of posts is not a cure-all either, as accounts get hacked with many posts. I think that people may be selling old accounts to others also. Seems like many old, previously inactive accounts return and then wind up scamming. Young users trust these old accounts, then get scammed.
I mentioned before that I feel that accounts without any activity for a period of time, like 6 months, should be blocked or canceled. They should not have the benefits of the seniority when they were not here. They can rejoin if they wish, starting as any new person.
Deleting the old inactive accounts would cut the scamming considerably. Do some research and you will see that I am right.
