Any one here receive any payment in january? I´m still waiting for my pending payment form 12/20. Will i receive it this month in 01/20?

'Sorry for not posting on here for a while but it***8217;s difficult to post when you have no news with regards to payments. I learned a while ago that to keep promising cash outs without delivering just annoys people so I keep my mouth shut until I***8217;ve got something to speak about.

The partners got together a sum of money to get us kick started again. It was not a fast process as you all know because, before they put more cash in, they wanted assurances that we would not fall into the same situation a few months down the line when members decide to take their profits to go on vacation during July and august.
So we have carefully looked at the program and tweaked the areas that required adjustment including how we gather the necessary fees from you. The fees (15%) are based on the upgrade value, not the cash out value. We have done this in order that we can 1. Stay in business. 2. Offer a viable incentive for members to stay with us and 3. Improve the income flow from outside sources. Let***8217;s take these points one by one in reverse order.

3. To improve our outside income flow we have taken several different initiatives. We have taken on board Audio-Ads and we will also be offering members the facility to sell AA to merchants. I will post information on that later. We have developed a powerful new way to increase your commissions through you enrolling as a Store affiliate. If you have not studied what***8217;s available in the store you need to click on that STORE rollover button on the front page of Surfmargin and take a look. Also the change in percentage rate to a true rate of 21% means we can more easily cover the margin from a combination of outside income sources, than what was possible when we had to find 40% within a very short time frame. On that point some of you have said that by the time you get your 21% and STP***8217;s 1.5%+ fees are taken out it***8217;s not worth it! I disagree! First of all we are in the process of registering with a bank and visa debit card facility which will allow us to pay you out directly to your own account (if you take this on) from ours and the maximum fee you will pay to receive money will be $6 whether you receive $7000 or $700. That***8217;s a big change and puts more money in your pocket. Plus the bank and card are FIDIC insured so there is no chance that the card will be unusable after a few weeks of you receiving it. Everything happens in real time too. So once you have money in your account, transferring it to your own card is instantaneous.

2. The new payment facility, which will lower the cost of you receiving money, together with our new rate plan will enable us to be of service to you for many years. We want to stay in business and to do that we must ensure that our financial plan is viable. I know you want us to stay in business because, after all, this is a nice little advertising business for you. One thing I would like to point out is that no one in our entire year and a half history has ever lost money with us! We may have taken a little time to pay out the bonuses but still we are here and we are paying out. We have had some cash made available to us from the partners and there is some more later on this week to continue with the cash-outs. I must ask you to remain patient as I pay out the bonuses as fairly as I can. There is a mixture of large and small bonuses, If I pay out all the smaller bonuses the larger accounts complain if I pay out all the larger bonuses the smaller accounts complain so I***8217;m in between a rock and a hard place! So I am sharing the cash outs across both types of account. Everyone will be cashed-out, minus the new fees during the cash out process, so everyone will be receiving the new 21% bonus.

1. We want to stay in business. That truly depends upon you guys! Someone said to me recently ***8220;Who else in this business takes 15% in fees!***8221; Well let***8217;s just take a closer look at what these fees are for. First of all 5% of those fees are to cover referral commissions. If we didn***8217;t account for them we couldn***8217;t give an incentive for members to refer and help us grow. Growth is the key word here because when we have a large number of members we can offer Merchants a bigger reason to advertise with us. We are an advertising company and the surfing site is a means to capture a large membership who are paid to view other members advertising. The ***8220;Captive Audience***8221; that we will be offering Merchants. If we did it any other way then your bonuses for viewing other member ads would be only small fractions of a percent***8230;Not what we are offering now. The 10% that we take for admin is used up in various ways. Software and security development costs take a chunk out of it. New site initiatives like The Store also need money for development. However, right now most of the admin money goes back into the main pool to help us catch up with member bonus payments. Not one of the partners has made any money from the business yet! Obviously that situation cannot be allowed to continue but with these new rates and the plans that we have in the pipeline, we know that things will change.

Since December of 2007 Surfmargin has been unable to overcome persistent cash flow problems that started with large withdrawals during the Christmas holidays. The problem became even more severe with the lack of substantial upgrades (ad pack purchases) in the New Year to replenish the drain on the cash flow in order to make timely payouts.

Although serious efforts have been made over the last three months to raise outside investor capital to help meet our outstanding member payouts and fix inherent weaknesses in the system, they have fallen short and as a result Surfmargin must regrettably close its doors once and for all effective Sunday 16th March 2008.

Plans are currently underway to launch an entirely re-tooled version of the Surfmargin paid-to-view advertising concept on a new website in which measures have been taken to correct the problems that have plagued not only Surfmargin but the surfing industry at large. More details about this new advertising site will soon follow.

However, undoubtedly the main question you have at present is, ***8220;Will I ever get paid my bonuses?***8221; Even though the terms and conditions of Surfmargin membership clearly specify that the purchase of ad packs is always made at a member***8217;s own risk, is non-refundable and that any bonuses paid for viewing advertising cannot be guaranteed, we continue to stand by our pledge that no one has ever lost any money with our programs and no one ever will.

So, although we are under no obligation to refund any ad pack purchase money, we are committed to refunding members their ad pack purchases related to their current pending amounts. Please note we will not be paying any referral commissions or any bonuses. Refunds will be paid as soon as possible when funds become available. We will be in contact with every member directly to keep you apprised of your refund status.

We realize there will be profound feelings of frustration and disappointment at the closing of Surfmargin. But please understand that the pain is mutual. Even the business partners have pending amounts that have not been paid. We***8217;re all in the same boat. No one at Surfmargin is running off with your money. In fact, there is no money to run off with.

Nevertheless, we continue to be positive and have high hopes that by removing ourselves from the mainstream surf-to-earn community and re-positioning ourselves fairly and squarely in the advertising industry with the new site, we will be able to provide a more sustainable and profitable opportunity to the membership.
