I have been using Xlcard card however the fees are very high and they recently further increased their fees! i was referred by a admin to UniClear.com and it is much better i think every one should switch to them! since their fees are very low! and they are a very reliable company.

Bank Wire - $12

Courier Shipping - Cost + 10%
Mass Payments - $1 (per recipient)
Micro Payments - FREE (Under $5)
