seems that the admins to these forums could be more helpful in these maters. ( like at least moving these threads to the scam folder) ( so nobody eles gets riped-off) and sending a copy of these fourm theards over to the Payment processors so that they see that and can close there acct. with them. seems investers are left to there own when it comes to this. i found PP dont react to the ramdom email complants they recive on rip=off reports. and accts often are left open for these admins to contuine to steal more money from promising investers as they come acrose there web surf sites. Payment processors and fourm admins need to take more of a roll in these matters before they have my resepct.
i give them about a 2 out of 10

cant say that STP doent refund, which i have heard some say becuese they just did with me. i sent only an email to stp be means of there support ticket , i was refunded 2 weeks later.
if by chance u find that STP is having bad remakes posted about them for closing merchant accts ect. PLEASE dont believe them. STP is trying it's best to keep up with honest members acct . and dealing with the dishonest ones.

But So many questions here.
This a large sum refund, but that with the money that users will not require refund. And also, they will do refund the entire amount that the person has invested, or will calculate each time how many a deposit made and how many had received from the program if so, they assume the functions that can not achieve and as a result in fact will stolen money from the scam admins.
But the one thief stole from another one is not the right way.
If they accept the refund policy on a regular basis like StormPay or payPal then they become dead processor for AutoSurf / hyip.
So, they are not will be accept refund policy, never. just use it time on time for some reason. What reason?
