Don`t pay anyone to submit to search engines. Do it yourself using one of the free services which are available. Google for a list of free submitters. Here`s just one of them, and they`ll submit to around 20 of the search engines which matter.

Once you are indexed by Google and a few others you`ll find that a lot of the smaller ones will pick your site up without you having to do anything more.
