My paypal has been limited today .
They asked me for another Credit card because the old one has been expired .

I purshassed one VCC from a user here and I got the following message

We can not affect 4-digit code to PayPal that card. Please select another card.

My paypal is from belgium .

I can pay with LR ( Liberty reserve)

You wont have problem to obtain local cheap pre-paid CC in Belgium I believe which is more better/secured than online anonymous card
