The scam offshore provider WSR Corporation, Whitherspoon Seymour & Robinson has now changed their name to CSR Corporation, Company Formation Service with an identical site.

Avoid this scam organization at all cost, they sell fake licenses, offshore corporations and have a horrible record. Search "Whitherspoon Seymour & Robinson" on Google.
