New development!!! Yesterday I went to Capitalinvestmentmonitor and placed a bad vote for Topnotchtraffic a few hours later I saw that someone else had also placed a bad vote for them. By this morning both of those bad votes had been erased, (deleted) from the votes listing. Both of the votes were placed on the 4th of Febuary. Go look, they are gone. I have sent a message to the admin of Capitalinvestmentmonitor asking why they have done this. I will update if they send me an answer. CAPITALINVESTMENTMONITOR IS COVERING UP BAD VOTES FOR TOPNOTCHTRAFFIC. DO NOT TRUST INFORMATION FROM CAPITALINVESTMENTMONITOR!!

Update!! I have not recieved an answer to the email that I sent to the Admin of Capitalinvestmentmonitor asking them why they deleted the bad votes against Topnotchtraffic. Also, I tried to place a bad vote on Topnotchtraffic again using another computer and another email and I never recieved a conformation link for the vote to be posted. So now Capitalinvestmentmonitor is BLOCKING bad votes against Topnotchtraffic. How interesting is that?

WOW! Who's typing all this CRAP. Cimonitor is one of the most honest monitors out there. Richard, the admin does a flawless job at everything that he does.

Me, myself I use TNT & CIM with flawless results. But from it seems like from the posts in this topic. Its from people that have broken the terms of TNT & got booted, lol.

Anyone reading the other posts should know that they are not credible what so ever as they are just angry kids who managed to get kicked off a PTC for breaking terms. How do you do that anyway? LMAO!

Really!? If Capitalinvestmentmonitor is so honest then why is he deleting bad votes from the vote listing? Also, do you deny that Topnotchtraffic changed the earnings from .10 cents per 10 website views to .001 cents per 10 website views. Do you also deny that they keep 50% of your cashout? How is asking why they changed the earnings policy with no warning breaking terms? As far as your "angry kids theory" I am 46 and I have been in this business for about 8 years. How long have you been in this business? I'm affraid that I dont get "angry", it's quite pointless. I just share the facts when I get burned so that others might benifit from it and not lose their money. Unlike some who get paid to promote a bogus site.

Here are a few interesting facts that I thought I would share with everyone reading this post.

At this time the only monitor to list Topnotchtraffic is Capitalinvestmentmonitor.

Out of 57 total votes, (of which the bad ones have been deleted of course), only 8 even mention payouts. Out of those 8 only 5 actualy say they have been paid.

Out of those 5 here is what one of the voters added as his or her comment:
Cash out at 51.96 - received 5.50 - 40% to Admin, 50% to Members Fund. Rec'd today!

So, out of a $51.96 cashout this person recieved $5.50.

This is a line from Topnotchtraffic's terms:
payments are done when member reaches $50 as upgraded member and $75 as a free member all cash is considerd topnotch cash moneys spent and made on the site is all of but topnotchtraffic but do pay its member a sum that is of fairness and this sum is 17% of $50 or untill account has been downgraded by way of adpack expiry Anyone caught putting sites that have spyware, trogens,other offensive material to other members or our site, will be banned from our site, without notice.

I know, it reads like a foreign language, all of his terms and policies do but it's the only refferece to a payout in his terms of service. So, according to this, from a $50 cashout you actualy recieve $8.50

I will keep posting the facts so that you folks can make an informed decision as to where you place your hard earned money.

WOW, it just keeps getting deeper! Last week I decided to watch the votes listing at Capitalinvestementmonitor to see if they were recording the votes honestly for another program since I/we already know they are not recording votes honestly for Topnotchtraffic. On Febuary 9th a voter submitted a VERY BAD vote for the site 24Over7 with a note saying "scamers not paying members". I checked today and that vote has been deleted. I kept a copy of the web page on that day so I have proof of what I am telling you here. Also today Febuary 14th there is another VERY BAD vote submitted for 24Over7 with a note that says "not pay to me". Lets see if that one gets deleted also.

On Febuary 11th two BAD votes were submitted for Topnotchtraffic. It will be interesting to see if those two get deleted as well.

I have started keeping copies of the web pages in order to document the fraud that is being perpetrated by Capitalinvestmentmonitor.

The two BAD votes for Topnotchtraffic placed on the 11th are still in the votes listing as well as a VERY BAD vote placed today.
