OK...I just have been contacted by Mark from eCardOne
looks like everything will be solved shortly
he send me screenshot of paymnet that they will send + they add 25 euro
to compesate bank fees
so hopefully I will get exsact amount that they should send

anyway I am glad to see eCardOne is good and reliable exchange service

also many thanks to Patryn ! looks like he was right person to ask for help

I reply to my customers in one hour, and sometimes instantly !
this helps them feel they are not alone, specially in this situations when money is problem

no I didn't.... in fact LGE save my money from one cheater year ago ...
and than I did few exchanges with them ...

but they have high fees for LR euro exchange ...so I thought maybe I can try ecardone ....

Ok, thanks, thought you might have has a problem with LGE and were looking for another exchanger because of it.

at this time I was scammed by euroxchage ...and if you check whole thread Patryn looks suspicious to me

anyway LGE stop transfer, and I get my money back

later I see Patryn is not behind that scam, and he also help many users on this forum to solve problems with exchangers
that is why ask Patryn for help ...not you

Ok you can respond to your customers instantly - that is up to you.
The point in 24hrs policy is that we do not want to promise impossible and as you may see ... your issue has been resolved the same day (just coupple of hours) after you asked the question.
I think 24 hrs policy is fair enought for most of users (which also means your issue can be solved within 5 minutes :-).

Iimportant is ... fe found a reason why this happened and already found solution how to avoid it from happening again.

Their policy is responding within 24 hours. Even if they waited the whole 24 hours, it would be within the stated policy.

Seems it's you who could have more patient and waited 24 hours for them to respond before starting to make frantic posts on TG and MMG.

Most exchangers do not offer 24/7 support. Unfortunately, CSR do need to sleep from time to time.

they can have policy to reply after 7 days ...
but the point is to serve your customers and avoid bad publicty ..isnt it ?
because reputation is all they have

when I was not in office, I switch mails to blackberry and getting mails instantly
most mails I will not reply, but in situations when we have real problem ...it is just enough to say ..OK we are here ..hold on... we will solve this fastest as we can ....and do rest when come back in office

this was my first exchange with ecardone, so I was really upset ....
