Well they are hosted in the netherlands... not sure if there are alot of scammers out of that region. Been out of the game a little while so I am not for certain. I was always told... never send off more than you are willing to lose.

P.S. for me... all I want is a decent debit card that I can load on my own without being raked through the coals by my country. Can't we get some people here we can trust to deliver a real card with decent options without worry of getting scammed or have my identity taken.
