Exactly. After 49 days, no refunds, gross disinterest in replying our mails by Blockdos, there wasn't a better way to drive their attention to the seriousness of the situation.

As far as refund is concerned I believe our accounts department is in touch with client. We donot discuss client matters outside our clients area. We respect our client privacy and it is against our privacy policy.

Anyways, sysadmin I think you do not have any remote intentions to refund our money. This thread should act as guiding line to all the program administrations to stay clear of big scammer called BlockDos.
