Hey thanks for the quick reply.

I've been searching on here for weeks, trying to figure out a way to play at an online casino, despite the fact I'm in the US... Damn that Bush!

If I use a vcc to get a paypal account, I should be able to use their debit/vcc to fund my account and transfer money in/out through my bank account. So I don't think I'll need a reloadable vcc after all.

I also won't need that $5 balance I mentioned for something else. PM me again with the new info, just a basic vcc to verify Paypal, no balance.

Please tell me how much amount should i send u for the vcc, and on which paypal account, i want a normal VCC for my Non US account just to become a verified member

And i also i wanted to ask, how much month does those vcc be on our people? I mean does it has a time limit of being verified?
like 5-6 months or so on?

Do you guys know of anyway I can buy a card using echeck/EFT or pay someone by echeck and have them send the money minus a fee to someones PayPal? I hate PayPal but I need to order something and it's the only way I can pay.
