i`m waiting on them to complete an WMZ -> W.U. order. i was told it`s gonna be completed today but i have no response from them so far... and i don't think i`m gonna see it completed until monday... but they could notice me it was going to take longer than expected and let me know how much time it was going to take...
edit: got in touch with support and they told me it`s gonna be completed monday they should tell peoples exactly how much it would take, maybe some of us made arrangements and now we have to reschedule..
They have not completed my order for $120 yet and it has been a few days. I also did not get the reversal of the $197 back into my account yet, BUT THAT IS GOOD SINCE I HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THEM TO PAY THE $197 TO, therefore, they do not need to reverse the $197 back into my account.
As soon as the payment of $120 goes through to Judy and the payment of $197 goes through to x..... I will come back to the forum and announce it. These were PP transactions and the communication about these was done through the trainex email beginning with the first five letters eassi..... THIS SHOULD HELP TRAINEX FIND THE COMMUNICATION.
