I doubt there give any real bankers here, and you do not need to give anyone a gift. Go to www.rietumu.com for a personal account with IBAN -- not sure if they do SEPA payments.

Just remember if you are not planning to report every penny you make don't waste your time with a personal account as it is about the same as banking in your own country in terms of privacy.
