but I would like to know more about the nature of work of "ONE-IN-A-MILLION" company what are they investing and dealing with?

I can't understand what is the aim of that? they either make it a private work/club (good for more privacy) and that would make the minimum investment amount too high (100$ - 200$) or open it for all coming investors (for more ingoing investments)
methods of payment you provided are sufficient but they may consider also AP for CCs deposits
