Account numbers have been changed

I had 2 acc's with over 10K worth of monopoly money, now woosh gone !!

Yes and where it says Account Balance 0.00 that is where the original amounts showed brought over from the Clubhouse Portal system.

I have always had No Accounts Found under the portal system but the account balance previously showed what they owed me which NOW shows $0.00.

When we first transferred into the "new" system they gave us an Account Number which was I think supposed to be the Credit Card number they have since changed this when they zero'd all the accounts out.

If you have a screen shot of your original monies that they were owing to you, you will see that your old account # is different to what is showing there now, that is them trying to cover their a$$e% once again so that the people that did take screen shots and proof they will be telling the SFO that we aren't owed anything on our accounts because the account numbers don't match up.
