how do betting arbs work?

How does site make profits to pay investors

An Arbitrage bet is one which you can;t lose. You use 2 sportsbooks with different odds to make a double bet that you can not lose no matter the outcome.

Ok and are these reliable,
do the admins have the same mindset as hyips do?
meaning do these type of sites stick around,
or do they shut up shop as soon as they have reached
their desired amount.
