HYIP i dont have money in LR or PM but have in PP & MB

Hi ALL.

i am new to hyip programms .I have 0 in pm or lr. i tried to find way to deposit in LR but couldnot find out anything except bank transfer.I cant use PM because its min deposite is 1000$ which is too high to start investing for me.I have money in PP and Moneybookers . i dont find any TRUSTED HYIP supporting PP and MB.
Is there any good way u can help me? can i xfer my pp money to LR and how?..

Please help me friends , Is it possible to transfer or exchange money from moneybookers to liberty reserve? is it official or legal? is it safe to invest in HYIP ? pls help me friends

Your best bet would be to withdraw the funds to cash, and then send a Western Union payment to a reliable e-currency exchanger.
