WHY CANT STUFF STAY GOOD?

Why did these candy companies make STUPID,UN-NEEDED CHANGES TO THIER CANDY?? (Why did mars change to SKIM MILK/MILKFAT when they had the BEST candy ever...Same with HERSHEYS going to SOY LECITHIN)

Why did Mcdonalds change the sauce on BIG MACS,why did they get rid of ORANGE DRINK?? Why did they change to WHITE MEAT on thier nuggets? (When they had gold mines on all counts)

Why did Nabisco CHANGE OREO COOKIES (Added some stupid preservative and now they are aweful (The shell (MUCH WORSE THAN IN THE 80s WHEN I LOVED THEM!)))

Web sites im on that used to look SO GOOD,now look like crap and i dont understand it!!!!!!

Why are people satisfied with GARBAGE?? -- They wouldnt have been 10+ years ago!!

Remember that years ago a company customer base was limited due to population, location, etc and "the customer is always right" doctrine prevailed.
Now, with a semi-global mobility and the huge expansion of the net, the attitude seems to be,"If you're dissatisfied, p!$$ off, there are billions of customers to replace you"...!

Changes made by candy manufactures are based on more health conscious consumers. It's a bit silly though since health nut aren't going to be buying many chocolate bar. The food allergy hype is another factor. You don't see many candy bars with nuts in them anymore.
All of the changes listed boil down to the companies bottom line. I'm not sure about The BigMac sauce but I don't think enough people were ordering the orange drink.

YouTube (google) pisses me off with there constant website changes. The more they try to make it more 'user friendly' and commercial the more they fail. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Are you sure it's not just your memory making things seem better than they are?
I can't remember where I saw it, but there was a big study done showing that something like 9 times out of 10 people remember things being a lot better than they actually were at the time.

Either way I think it's time for a Chocolate break, Snickers bar ftw
