Alertpay Customer Service?

Has anyone else here had issues with not being able to contact Alertpay via this customer service number: 1 514 748 5774

The last time I had a question, I had no problem reaching them. It took awhile before I got the line with someone, but at least I was able to get on the line.

Ever since they moved their address, I've had a hard time reaching even the support ticket team. My question for them was, did they receive my Money Order at their old mailing address. That was over two weeks ago.

I really prefer Alertpay over Paypal, for many reasons, but if this lack of customer service keeps up, I do not know where my opinion of them will lie. Not to mention the fact that they have been receiving some really legitimate complaints from other members lately.

What do you guys think I should do? Thanks for your time, folks. Take care!!

Yeah, I kinda agree AlertPay support especially over Ticket is terrible. I've submitted 2 tickets and yet to receive any response, that was submitted 1 month ago. Last time I called them before they moved, I waited 5 minutes and had my call answered. Now they moved to a building. I suggest you contact them again.

I need help someone, things are like this: I have on Alertpay money but widhdaw is declinet, because they are asking me to put the site for review, Here I have a problem because I do not own a site on which saleing, all the money there people paid by credit cards, all money is from donations.
Someone have some ideas how to establish that everything is working normally but without website review ?
