From what I've read and researched I'd be best off with a corporation + bank account in Panama. What I don't trust is someone that will take my money and run - the above websites seem to be exactly this type (no offense to anyone if they are legit) but after searching a bit they all seem shady. Can you point me to a company that is 100% legit and would do that for me? Thanks.

So you want a "100% legit" to provide you with an "anonymous numbered" debit card?

OK. Well how much are you willing to spend?

If the answer is 10k/100k's, you're in a minority and should probably call up your private banker in Switzerland or Lichtenstein.

If the answer is in the 100's, low 1k's, you're with friends.

Now that's out the way: how can you expect a provider of such services to spend 10k's on a "non-shady" web site when their mark up on services they're offering (I imagine) isn't ALL that high, one, and two, when their turnover isn't that high either (case in hand - not everyone is doing this? Only people like us).

If I was a provider of services, I'd hit up a freelancing web site and drop, say, 500 - 2000 bucks for someone to design me a web site. Just to get my name out there. Then I'd rely on forums such as this and subtle word of mouth recommendations from my early clients.

Your best bet is to do what I did before I engaged the services of a provider on this site: search for a LONG time, look around, find out about that person's reputation and then open a dialog. Shady suppliers write shady emails and don't answer your questions. Decent suppliers do the exact opposite.
