Automated HYIP

I want to make an automated hyip (direct deposits and withdraws)
what should I do ?
Do I need to any developed scripts ? (or there is no need to any scripts?)
My main question is this:
How to pay automatically at a time to many LR accounts ?
and how to set memo like this : "Examplehyip.com Paid 1/6" ?
