Hello, I have an US Based PayPal account, now I have my mani account in another country and I'm not US resident. Is it possible to add another account to US Paypal. When I try to add another account they want me to enter information from the check and I don't have it. I have my credit card.

You can open new PayPal account with debit card and address from another country

I know few people who use several PayPal accounts from different countries.
