If anyone has any contact with Allan, he needs to deal with problems with a new client. I will wait a few more days before telling the story of my experience in respect for what seems a good rep on this board. But all contact with him and his "trust" have been ignored for too long a time.

There are also some other persons that did business with him and now they expect some product/service from him.

He is offline for a few weeks now. Last time I spoke with him was in March and he had no intention to close its business or take a long vacation.
So my guess is that he has some kind of offline problems that he must resolve, and after that he will be back. It's not the first time he disappear for a while, but in the end he always come back online and resolve all his pending issues with customers and business partners.

yes I am having the same problems, I will wait a little longer as well, but I will go as far to say that I would not advise opening this account or any account with him untill it is resolved.

We too have had no contact with this ¨trust¨ they completly ignore all requests and emails

yes, same directors for sure, however the use of nominee directors cannot be ruled out, the trust in fact could be owned by anyone who holds the bearer shares, however the owner or their straw man would have to have thier passport onfile with commerz bank, and a ¨world check¨ would have to be preformed on this person, in order to preform trust services.

Either way the trust has alot of our money, and other peoples and appears to have vanished. First swiss united trust, scam for sure at this point. otherwise there is no excuse to just ignore all customer calls and emails and discontinue in and outbound wires.

If I customer violates ther trust rules the trust is still obligated to inform them and return the money to the remitters, they cannot just go dark and keep the money, which is what it appears is going on now.

Barron, if OffshorePrivacy goes down as it seems, you should refund the money to many of his victims as you were so much pushing him for last 2-3 months, after having a very interesting war with him. So you lost the moral high ground in this story. Goes just to show that recommending providers here without one knowing them personaly is a NO NO.

Ofcourse this is said as a sweet joke, but people beware what you do with your money!
