Well you said the very foolish AND crime lords. So what do the crime lords do if the person dies somehow? I guess they'd have to have the person set up a will.

Well I would be careful with Swiss Trust companies. Many of those entitities have been bought and sold over and over again and many frauds have been committed through such entitities. Ask a swiss Lawyer about them...
Do you remember Trust accounts of a supposedly more than 100 years old prestigious Swiss Trust Company which were marketed heavily in this forum by some members?
