How to be anonimus Hyip Admin

Im planing to open my hyip site in the next coluple of weeks. I have a bussinesplan to try expanding the running days, and not to shut down after couple of months. My question is, how to be 100% anonimus??? I know we have an option for anonimus hosting and payment processor, but what about the ip address?
If i run a site from home, and the police find out my ip, can they track my? Im worry because the HYIP sites are mostly illegal in every country, and just because i want to run a kind of bussines, i dont want to get caught.
Please give an advise how to hide my identity and location. Thanks
