Admin what kind of support are you trying to show to members?You said if a user requests principle withdraw it will be processed from 24-48hours.

When i requested you replied after 24hours that

"

Why do i have to wait more 48hours?what about the 24hours already passed?

However interest is still adding in my account.Thats a good thing atleast.But you should maintain your word when you promised the members.

We have done this to ensure that our investors can have full control over their investment. But some members have started to misuse this system so we are forced to imply the following rules:

1. You may request for principal withdrawal only when you decide to leave our program. You cannot use our principal withdrawal system to withdraw and deposit on a daily basis.
2. We have increased the time to release your principal back to your account from 24 hours to 48 hours. So if you make a principal withdrawal request, it will take 48 hours for us to add your principal back to your account.

Note: Principal withdrawal is still free. We do not charge you anything for this.

I think you did not understand my question at all.First try to understand what am saying.I requested you for principle withdrawal 24hours ago i.e. yesterday.
You said it will be processed from24 to 48hours(my ticket is already open for 24hours).I am asking you now,what happened to the previous 24hours which i have waited?
So totally i have to wait 48+24=72hours???

By the way thanks again for processing my interest payment, but you should be perfect about the timing which you mentioned.You should refund before 48hours as you have stated.Thank you
