i need an credit card to whitedraw money from paypal, i have an paypal Belize account, receiving monthly 25k euro and more and paypal want to whitedraw every first of the month to Visa...

So i need an Visa what can use for any address and name and what allow much money, not need to be 100% anonym...

US bank account should also work, i have an belize LTD and live in Germany.

Doesn't paypal give you a debit card attached to your account to withdraw?
