Most Cost Effective Sites For Banner Advertising

I am in the process of promoting a new lottery type game and would like to hear your views and experiences of
banner advertising in the money making / hyip arena. I have been contacted by many monitors and forums that are offering very affordable advertising packages, but on further investigation most appear to be very new on the scene and therefore will bring me very little or no traffic. I am keen to hear your views and recommendations on this subject.

The best way is to research sites that is gets traffic from the search (Google)
for specific keywords, then choice top of them and contact admins directly.
