It is not the cost you need to concerned about. It is the ROI, or return on your investment in advertising. Find out from the admin things like the kind of views you can expect.

Scam hyip often buy "Sticky" for 1 week,you should wait to pass 1 week .If that site still has Sticky ,that admin buy for 1 month .If that admin buy 2 weeks,he is stupid because cost per month = cost per 3 weeks.
I am speaking about short term hyip(25% for 5 day,12% for 12 day,105% after 1 day... ) ,not for long term hyip.Because with long term hyip,nothing is sure; when crazy investor invest $2k - $3k or $1k ,that site will crush and admin run away .This idea is correct with site buy 728X90 Banner on Talkgold
Don't invest to hyip buy Sticky in first week
