Why would one need an alternative to our service if you don't mind me asking? We can request a copy of CC and utility bill in SOME cases, but far not all. Some of our customers do complain about a slow process, but we have to protect ourselves from fraud. Most of our customers don't complain.

Because there are people who complain about the speed of our credit card service, we are considering to establish a single set of procedures for everyone, so that people don't feel like they are treated differently.
We assess customers' orders on many, many different criteria, and, unfortunately, some first-time orders have to be delayed. But if you're cooperative enough, this process should not take long. Most of the first-time orders go through swiftly though.
