Apology, when I posted "I second that" it was not agreeing to you being annoying, it was to second that you need to send the receipt to VFS. Sorry.

A digital camera will do the job, get your friend to send it to VFS too if you're not sure how to do it or you could use your mobile if it has a camera and internet access.

Shouldn't bother with a scanner just for one image, the postage will be more than you've lost. If your friend can't help, take the receipt to the local library, they'll be able to scan it and you can send it to VFS with one of their computers.

Having problems with his camera. Plugged the lead in as usual, nothing appears on the screen. He has 2 digital cameras, got the same results with both. His brother has a desktop PC, he will be off to see him in a couple of days. I'm hoping to get a result there. I also found a USB lead for my mobile phone on ebay (£2.75), I will purchase one when I get some money

It has been several days now and I still have not had any contact from VFS Network ! No doubt Patryn will turn up here and say they did not receive any email from me. Why do I get the feeling I'm losing £100 of my money ?

I received your email, and sent a response. This is a difficult dispute to handle as there is no concrete evidence of wrongdoing. It's essentially your word vs the word of a VFS exchanger. If you can provide additional evidence, that would help.

No response was found in my mail. Additional evidence, such as ? I sent you my receipt, I can't see what else I can send ? Meanwhile, Technocashier have a free reign to scam people while under the VFS network umbrella without any repercussions.
