I am from EU.

Where I can buy Liberty Reserve EU/USD via wire transfer without complicated registration/ID/document upload and so on.

wm-center.com is really nice, but bank fees (IBAN within EU is free so I dont know why they take so much) are very high.
Buying 100 EUR LR i must transfer 128 EUR wire, 28% !!! (commission: 10 USD + bank fee 20 EURO)

Any alternatives out there?

Sorry but currently that fee shows international wire receiving fees in our main banks (non-EU), we will release new website this summer, with separate fees for EU and many other new features.

Right now you can try to contact our support, they can count actual bank fee in your order, not 20EUR after your wire will be received.

Identification is always needed for any legit exchangers... you need to find one has good reputation and good customer suppot.

That's not true. I've NEVER shown ID to any exchanger and I've NEVER asked anyone to show me his.
