Im from Bulgaria and I am going to start an online travel agency here soon I was wondering does someone has any idea how much the advertising campaign for such project will coast.

Have you looked at promoting online travel affiliate programs. it would help you get a feel for the niche and get some exposure to the advertising methods before you start up on your own

Advertising of such kind of site is an ongoing process. Noone can simply tell you an amount because it strongly depends on the quality of your servcies and website and on the prices you have to offer.
The best way is to try running some ads and track the results. Take a look on Google Adwords, Clicksor, specific travel directories and SEO.
