Re: Offshore banking, offshore companies, Completed packages £599 & New Zealand FSP
You would have to contact the brokers to see what they require of a New Zealand FSP to open an account. We have brokers outside the US we work with that can open accounts though for a FSP.
To open a bank account in the US you would need to visit the US and obtain a US tax ID for the New Zealand FSP registered company.
The FSP package we offer already has banking though with direct IBAN so I am not sure why you want US banking.
Lastly, the prices have changed on our site (2000 GBP lower) than is reflected here.

Re: Offshore banking, offshore companies, Completed packages £599 & New Zealand FSP
Caribbean Banking Partner with 3-5 day account opening with certified scans only to begin using DIRECT Swift code for wire transfers in the next 30-60 days without the need for using a memo or reference to your account as most Caribbean banks do. Most EU banks are now taking 3-4 weeks to open accounts remotely.
Your account instructions would look like:
Bank Name Ltd.
Your corporate account
Your account number
Bank Swift code
We are an authorized agent of this bank which is an Investment bank, not a Commercial bank. Thus, this bank does not make risky loans and 100% of customer deposits are either held on deposit or invested IF the client chooses to use their investment services.
Bank offers USD, Eur, CAD, GBP accounts, mutual funds, stock trading, Forex, CFDs. Futures, etc as well as debit cards.

Nominee's can be of value when it comes to basic, simple lawsuits where they target your corporation only and not your bank account. In most cases serious lawsuits against your corporation in the country where you are incorporated from serious players with big money will likely result in the nominee giving up your information -- unless you are willing to shell out 100k plus for legal representation for a nominee.
Corporate registrars are also are bound by certain rules and if the regulatory agency that licenses them request the beneficial owner data they must provide it. Panama would be the exception in all but criminal cases.
However whenever possible someone or some government going after you tries to follow the money because they are clearly aware of the past use of nominees to protect client identities. If they follow the money as they all will if they can the nominee has zero value as it is your signature on the bank account, not the nominee.

Interesting, so it is better to choose a jurisdiction where director(s)/shareholder are not disclosed publicly ? (Seychelles ? What about Hong Kong ?) And bank in a country where there are no agreements about account ownership disclosure ?

Yes, it is much better to have a jurisdiction where directors/shareholders are privaate such as Seychelles, Belize, BVI, Antigua. Hong Kong is public director/shareholder.
From a non-criminal tax standpoint, yes, a bank without a TIEA with your home country.
I forgot to mention those that using merchant accounts creates the weakest link of all of merchants are NOT required to abide by banking secrecy, only privacy policies which almost universally allows them to release your name in the event of a lawsuit or request from a government. The IRS has been involved in this, going after merchants to provide details of the client and where their offshore banks are.

Re: Offshore banking, offshore companies, Completed packages £599 & New Zealand FSP
I want to get a BVI company and an offshore Bank account that can be opened within reasonable time. Actually i want to open with HSBC hongkong, but since it needs a visit, i will have to keep that option for later and to start transaction initially i will need a "quick account".
Let me know required time for BVI incorporation.
My requirement for Bank account are:
1. full internet banking
2. Debit/ credit cards
3. Ability to receive and send wire transfers online (directly with swift)
4. Stable bank with good reputation
5. I need to know initial deposit
6. required documents
7. Required time
8. Wire transfer rates (receiving and sending)
9. fees related to card usage
Please let me know your quotation for 1styear and 2nd year. I hope you'll help me open a "quick" account first and later on when i'm visiting Hong Kong, you'll help with HSBC.

Re: Offshore banking, offshore companies, Completed packages £599 & New Zealand FSP
We rarely work with BVI corporations due to the time to get it setup, a week or so after signing declaration, etc and the cost. A BVI IBC which operates identically to a Seychelles IBC is twice as expensive for the prestige of being in BVI. So our packages use Seychelles.
Now, there are only really 1-2 FAST opening bank accounts today, both in the Caribbean with direct SWIFT. Bank 1 requires a bank reference letter for your stating a minimum banking relationship of 2 years. Bank 2 does not.
Bank 1 has a $15 fee to receive a wire and a $65-100 fee to send a wire
Bank 2 is free to receive a wire and $75 to send a wire
Both have similar bank cards that charge $3 to withdraw plus 1-2%, plus any FX rates in the currencies is not in USD.
Bank 1 takes 7-10 days to open the account after your courier your notarized passport, proof of address, corporation documents we supply and bank reference letter.
Bank 2 does NOT accept US citizens and the account can be fully opened in 3 days with scans of certified passport, proof of address, driver license.
Bank 1 complete setup fee for corporation, bank, courier is 699 GBP. Annual fee 199 GBP
Bank 2 complete setup fee for corporation, bank, courier is 599 GBP. Annual fee is 199 GBP.
If you want BVI the package cost is double and the annual fee 2.5 times the above annual fee.

Thanks for your prompt feedback.
I would not mind incorporating in Seychelles but can these corporations receive payments/ wire transfers from USA/ EU ? Please see the below link :
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r284645-.html
1. Can Seychelles company open HSBC account in Hong Kong ? and can you help?
2. I don't mind waiting for some time to get an account which has lower Wire fees. I don't need the account in 7 days. Do you know of and help me open Bank accounts with lower wire fees, lower card fees?
Thanks!
