Solving the slowing of cycling has been our main focus throughout the development of our pay plan. Every decision we make is focused on the math and how it will help our members to cycle more.

First, there were lots of Whirlwind Positions put to work for you.

Second, there was mandatory One-time Repurchases. This speeds up the cycling even more while putting YOU into to larger earnings.

Thirdly, we have a team dedicated to our Advertising platform and the revenue stream it is generating.

Next, is the Founder's Position! This may be the most powerful cycling tool for our members.

In our first week, Whirlwind Positions brought in over USD 12,000. This number keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Founder’s Reward :

As a Founder's reward, you will get a share in the earnings of the cycled Whirlwind Positions. This share will be paid to Qualifying Founder Members (those who maintain the maximum subs allowed), in the form of additional Repurchase Balance from the earnings of the cycled Whirlwind Positions. This may result in two things:

Additional Positions coming into the system from the Repurchase Balance of the Founder Members, thus helping each and every member in the system. (All $1 "One-Time" positions go into the first 2x2 Grid (Whirlwind 1) creating massive cycling for ALL.)

Our members asked us, and we listened! We have kept the qualification for the Founder Membership at 75. However, to be fair to all, especially those who have already bought 100 subs, we have implemented a Point System for the Founders' revenue share. Here is how the Founders' Revenue Share & Point System works:

· Everyone who buys 75 subs or more will be eligible for the First Founders' Revenue Share.

People can start buying 75 or more subs anytime prior to the 20th of July . However, the earlier you start buying, the more points you will have. This also means more One Time Positions paid out to you through the Founders***8217; Revenue Share.

· One must start buying 75 or more subs on or before July 20th and continue 75 or more subscription obligation through July 31st.

The Revenue share will be paid in the form of One Time Positions, and there will be NO subscriptions attached to them.
The Revenue Share will be paid PROPORTIONATELY based on the TOTAL number of Points earned between July 7th to July 31st

· Number of Points will be calculated based on the number of subs paid for during July 7th to July 31st. The later you buy, the fewer points you will receive. It is in your best interest as a qualifying Founder to buy the maximum number of subs as soon as you possibly can.

For example:

(a) Any person who has bought 100 subs on July 7th and pays till 31st, his/her proportion points will be 100 x 25 days = 2500 points

(b) Any person who has bought 75 subs on July 7th and pays till 31st, his/her proportion points will be 75 x 25 days = 1875 points

(c) Any person who has bought 75 subs on July 7th and increases them to 100 on 12th, his/her proportion points will be (75 x 5 days) + (100 x 20 days) = 2375 points

(d) Any person who first buys 75 subs on July 18th and pays till 31st, his/her proportion points will be 75 x 14 days = 1150 points

At the end of the cycle, we will send out an email asking you to apply for the Founders***8217; payout.

*The next month's Revenue Share will be based on the same Points System as mentioned above, however, the cut-off date shall be Aug 1st


We made these changes to be fair to all. We also feel it will increase the number of Founders. Remember, it's a team build all the way!
