I hope someone answer u since when you login...admin is saying they will cancel the subs if it is not paid...no mention was made for understanding re payment issues....I almost spend 40 and no movement...it will be a shame to even lose those subs...

i am now having a problem in logging in...it ask for a security question and then i put in my pin...when i do that it says wrong pin. I tried to generate new pin..it has not come in my email...I cannot login my account to see what needs to be done. I click on support and they say they only answering support in funding issues

Can someone please help

Have you set a security question,if you haven't,thats probably what you
have got to do to get into your account.

Yes I set the security question and I answer it;....still having problems and support never answer

So when you go onto the website and fill in your details and press log in,
what happens,try pressing the log in button at the top of the screen and see if that works,the only other thing i can suggest is clearing your cookies.

You could try and login on someone elses computer,that way you might
find out if there is a problem with your computer or your TGP account.

Its my TGP account...I can login alright but the window to input a security question does not move since it says I have wrong pin...Ask for a new pin...and that is the only window that shows...email did not come. I wish they will answer since my sponsor has not replied....and I think my ewallet is empty by now. I think this program was the most frustrating despite all the claims.

They should fix issues first before launching another subset program....

Now have the cycling stand still for over 24 hours. I have matrix nr 8.73x.xxx complete 20th July and matrix nr 8.73x.xxx still Incomplete...
But all in the team have seen submitted for the subs second time now...

Maybe some problems... I dont know...
