The guy that ABC4 news is covering, flew to Clarksville to seek Stormpay out, flying to Charlotte to meet with Charis' lawyer.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------I I have had no time to log on to the forum and tell you who I am and why I’m on this quest and the rest of the story that you wont hear on the news. Thats right I’m the Jeff Johnson from Utah, hated by some and still undecided by others. Well if you knew me and the reasons I’m doing this I think you would agree that if I didn’t try to do everything I can to recover my friends and family members money that they invested in this program by my advice I would feel like I would be letting them down.

One thing I think is misunderstood about me is that I somehow am against Chairs & 12 dp. This could not be further than the truth. I have been a 12dp member for some time now. I love the program and have actively promoted it from day one. I have gotten my close friends and family members involved, I believe in it that much. I have seen some of the ups and downs that 12dp had gone thru and I have the up most admiration and respect for Charis and her goals to bring honesty and professionalism to the auto-surf industry.

Stormpay was not answering any of our question and they were very allusive as to the actions they were doing to all of us. I could not stand by and do nothing. I tried calling them, emailing them, and submitting tickets, to no avail. So I talked to a lawyer and he said there was two ways I could legally get the answers as to where are money was. The first was to sue them as an individual and the second bring a class action law suite against Stormpay. All the while the first few news reports on the story were all about 12dp being a ponzi scheme, and there was no mention of Stormpay and the they were pulling. T

his infuriated me, I wanted the truth to be known. Then when my attempts to withdraw the money I had in my Stormpay account appeared to fail that is when I called ABC4 News and I told them “ You have got the story about 12dp all wrong, and if you want the real story to call me back.” That is when you started to see the news reports mentioning Stormpay. I was getting no answers form Stormpay and 12dp was getting all the bad wrap on the news, so I told ABC4 that I was going to fly out try and get some answers for myself.

It seams that I can not convince ABC4 that 12dp is not a ponzi scheme but at least I have shed light on the role Stormpay has played in all this. I couldn’t afford to sue Stormpay by myself so I set up a legal trust fund to sue Stormpay as a class action suite. The intent was to file a motion of discovery and make them account for where our funds are and start the recovery process to return the money back to us or 12dp, however the news station did not air that portion of the story and now that the athourities are involved its too late to afectivly bring a law suit.

Yesterday I met with Sormpay, and yes I did say it showed credibility to what they were claiming. You half to understant I thought I would just get a door slamed in my face. What you didn’t hear on the news is that Stormpay Froze 12dp account on there own accord. When I asked who the so called investigators were that ordered them to freeze 12dp’s account they declined to answer me. I called every law enforcement and government agency that I could think of, the AG’s office, The FBI and so on and they all said there was no investigation. However there was last week some sort of state auditors at there office. Just yesterday the FBI did call me and they stated that they were just now launching an investigation do mainly from all your efforts and registered complaints.

Stormpay has no intent in refunding our money any time soon. In there words there justification for seizing 12dp account was “it violated there terms and conditions and that they are simply doing the right thing.” They plan on holding the funds until the time has elapsed where no one can issue charge backs and then if law enforcement/government agencies do not find any illegal activity on 12dp business model they will start to issue refunds to all of us. They didnt know how this would be done, eather by them or a independent organization.

There is a lot more that we discussed and I will inform you of it at a latter date when I have more time. As for tonight I am in Charlotte NC, and I did have a chance to briefly talk to Charis. She told me that her lawyer said it would be best if any questions I have be directed and answered by her lawyer. I will respect her wishes and will only speak with him and will leave her be. However I do know the news crew is attempting to get a interview from her. I do plan on talking to Charis’ lawyer tomorrow and simply all I want to know is what we all want to know. How can we help fight the seizure of our fund by Stormpay and secondly how can we get our pending payouts back to us. I think these are fair question to ask. Don’t you? I simply want the people I got involved in this to get their money back. The money Stormpay is holding and the money that is pending in our 12dp accounts. I will try and answer any questions you may have for me and I will update more about my conversation with Stormpay when I get more time. Until then I hope the best for all of you, and Charis I truly do hope that my actions have helped your cause not hurt it. Jeff Johnson
