Maybe someone will listen to me when they see me POP in like that. Telling them they didn't want to follow that route...talk about killing the magic cow right in front of your eyes...and people cheered and marveled at their genious when it happened.
The SEC said themselves "if nobody would have reported it, there was nothing they could do" and PN knew that; OH too well!
Oh well...it got too big too fast...and then there were the loud mouth BYU students, and when you read this; please stay out of this arena

Maybe you can help yourself and all of us by answering these questions:
Who is the merchant?
How did you pay this merchant?
Why did you pay this merchant?
Name the products and services.
Why are you unhappy with the products or services?
Answer all these questions and send them to your bank.

Send your bank a copy of the revised court order that says chargebacks can be pursued. Stormpay is stalling by showing your bank the old court order stating that chargebacks are not allowed.

Due to human nature, it would seem the rest of the banks are just as "useless" or there would be many people in here gloating about their treasures

I would fight my 2nd chargeback except my dispute analyst hasn't told me the reason yet as im still awaiting my letter, the fact that they did it without my permission sort of tells me where I stand on the issue. No use fighting it when either my dispute analyst is just gonna turn it down again or it goes to prearbitration where im most likely to lose. I don't want to rock the boat and have my other chargebacks in jeapoardy, i know they say that may 4th the investigation would be over when i got my provisional credit but who knows if the bank could go back and change it if i make a big fuss or if in prearbitration the committee gets their hands on the other chargebacks. Sometimes its just better to fold then to fight and put everything at risk especially when you cant risk anymore as it is.
