Looks like many members have unpleasant experience with other payment processors beside paypal. I think that AP, MB and PP are payment processors not ecurrencies.

these payment systems are for real. they have a financial licence so they must comply with some rules. they can block a user account if they find any suspicious activity.

It's possible, but even if it were the case, it would be legally and without the owners ending up with long jail sentences. Plus they would be stealing from theives, and isn't it what's called ironic?

they can't steal. they have audits and i don't think they risk an entire business for few hundreds of usd.
