US MasterCards - Plastic & Virtual Cards

Hi,

Wnt2bfr, if you find a supplier can you please let me know your source? I am looking for something similar althoguh $25 a time would do me (sometimes I would like to change this but not a must). I just need VCC to which I can register a US billing address. I'm outside the US and need to be able to send these giftcards with payment from my non US Visa. The current one I've found online require you to be a US card holder in order to pay for them.
