Received this morning:

GoldMoney has released a new User Agreement which becomes effective for
all customers as of 15 October 2005, pursuant to the 10 day
notification period specified in the current User Agreement.

Please read the new User Agreement carefully. By continuing to
maintain a Holding with GoldMoney after 15 October 2005, you are agreeing to
the new User Agreement.

If you do not agree to the new User Agreement and no longer wish to use
GoldMoney, please log into your Holding before 15 October and send an
internal message asking us to close your Holding. Upon receipt of this
request, we will close your Holding and send a confirmation e-mail to
you.

A shining example of how to change your terms of service without stealing money from people that don't want to do business with you anymore.
