That's a costly business, and it takes a lot of time too. It's one reason why some scams work so well.

They rely on the fact that most people can't afford a civil case or that the cost outweighs the amount the scam stole or the victims can't be bothered to take any action.

Sometimes the best thing to do is just to warn other folk on forums like TG.

There's nothing wrong with complaining, being silent would make you guilty of inequity.

Ratebygold, you are a hypocrite, back in January you THREATENED me with a civil suite just because you couldn't stand what i had to say about your company. Also, i am amazed that with all the business you have (a "$1 million per year" business according to your OWN words !), you find plenty of time to answer people on a message board... The man is an embarrassment for himself and the e-currency industry in general. He doesn't seem to realize that NOT ONE person ever backs him up in ANY post i saw on Talkgold... All he gets is people argueing with him over his unconditional support to Intgold and for being such a d ickhead with an attitude the size of his ego. The man is truly a piece of sh it. If there was a competition for the least popular exchanger of the internet, he would win the first prize without any problem. He's even not a member of the GDCA (Intgold ain't either !)...
