The 10$ could be to much for a test for a big part of people.

I think it's best to keep the minimum investment 10$ because I need to complete all payments manually, this help me to complete payouts faster and I don't have to worry about lot's of small spends. If you think it's too much and want to test the HYIP with less you could always go together with others to invest less, for example two persons spend 5$ each = 10$, but from same liberty reserve account.
