Been with Studiotraffic for a year now. Paid promptly and in time for 12 months. Now, they are bound to be minor issues concerning Studiotraffic and I have seen it evolved. Managing a company of more than 100,000 members is not like running a fruit stall. You can say scam all you like but a program running for over 2 years.. Hmmm.. That makes every other program in the HYIP a major scam! I'm glad every beginning of the month, I walk into the bank and cash my check in.
If is about paying money or refunded money the help desk dont help!!
Where did this come from? The live help desk is people there to solve first level problems. Money issues go to the admin and general manager. Of course the LHD can't help you with paying money, they can get an admin or they can ask you to write a ticket. You have to follow the system. Something you obviously didn't have the patience for otherwise you wouldn't be in here talking ****. Oh wait, this is the talk **** unmoderated forums, lol.

What you need to know now is that me and my husband have separate Studiotraffic accounts both of which are currently blocked since mid-October.
We are NOT in a blocked country, we are in the UK. I am the only one with an account over $2k and I DID sign up for GAC and I did so BEFORE my account was blocked.
ST blocked my husband's account on the simple and mistaken assumption that he shared my opinions of ST - well of course he does now, but at the time they had no right to make that assumption because he had never even been a forum member, either ST or an outside forum.
Both of us had a good opinion of ST up to the day that our respective accounts were blocked. Of course we don't now - why should we after the treatment we have received?
StudioTraffic admin agreed, via the ticket system that they would pay me earnings due on both accounts, plus upgrades on my husband's account (he isn't in profit) to my Studiopay account in November.
To date they have failed to do so. The money involved amounts to around $300. I have contacted them again through the ticket system and they refuse to answer.
GAC, as I see it is just another way of cutting the 1% daily earning to 0.8%. In reality, very few members can get involved with assisting the company in the way they suggest, as an alternative to GAC. Therefore, for most people it will effectively be compulsory.
Why not just be honest about it and reduce the earnings for everyone? It would be a simple bit of programming, automatic and universal to implement. No need for a swamp of tickets to admin and endless complaints in the forum. Yes, there might be a few people who put some or all of their money elsewhere, but at least everyone would know where they were and have a free and obvious choice whether to join and whether to stay.
If a few people DID succeed in being accepted as volunteer or paid staff, then they could have their earnings restored to 1%.
Despite all of this, I am willing to post here IF AND WHEN StudioTraffic decide to pay us ALL the earnings and referral money due to us, to date. If they also decide to re-open our accounts, I will also undertake to delete all my negative posts here. This is the only outside forum I have posted anything negative about them.
So there you are ST, it's entirely up to you. Continue to behave dishonourably and you will be treated appropriately. Behave professionally, fairly and responsibly and you will gain some respect from me and my husband and from the many others that read this forum daily.

I am not from the 55 countrys. 10/14/05 the last day I was surfing. I send them a ticket on that day and asked to refund my own money and my earnings (I surfed every day for months) and upgraded with all my earnings.
The answer :"only your own money you upgraded, not earnings". O.K. The question is why I didnt recived my own money and I have to wait weeks? Now I am not sure that I shall see my money in my poket.

At least your story is slightly more convincing than those few liners put up by scammers.
I understand your situation and sad to learn about your experience and if ST is not your cup of tea anymore, just move on. That's life. You aren't gonna change the mindset of more than 306,000 faithful members with your story anyway, let alone majority of them keep getting paid from ST
I sincerely wish you do well with other programs

The thing is it currently is only compulsory to members that are over $2k account level and have withdrawn more than they put in. This means it would affect only those members that had already recovered their initial upgrade payments plus addition profit. Rather than your suggestion to make it apply to all members. I tend to aggree with ST on this point. Those that are in profit should be the only ones to contribute as they are they ones that have realised a profit from ST.
My belief about the reason behind most complaints about the GAC is that there was confusion in members minds about when the GAC would be taken. In the email I got it didn't mention anything about it being taken off when you request a payout, but more a reduction from your monthly earnings. Now why are most people complaining about this, I rekon most thought they'd be able to avoid the GAC by simply upgrading for the 6 months the GAC is currently supposed to be running for.
From my own experience, I know that you can have an account over $2k and not have it being part of the GAC. My second account is currently just over $2.6k and it was required to be part of the GAC. My first account is well above that amount yet is not part of the GAC. Well not yet anyway. Why, because i've upgraded it, while withdrawing from my 2nd account.
Regarding your other experiences, without really having full knowledge of the history it's hard for me to state my view. All I can say is I hope for your sake it's resolved sooner rather than later.
