I for one totally agree! Our funds are not frozen. I believe for some of us who are depending on our CEP earnings to survive, this wouldn't be such a bad idea. I'll surf!! In my case alone, I am facing foreclosure June 5th, and needed those funds to help complete the payments on my bankruptcy, plus my bills..This was a critical blow to haulted. Why can't Trevor transfer our funds over to Cepcoast? Can you imagine the momentum we'll have over there? We can earn while were waiting. That should restore everyone's trust in CEP. I know we all trust and love Trevor and know CEP will be back, right! Just my thoughts..

Yep, we have indeed been able to secure better investments. The more one has to work with, generally, the better the investments one can find (and often bank guaranteed ). A very very nice perk. lol As for an attorney, we do have an attorney on retainer. The guys at TalkGold don't know what they're talking about, and the authorities will likely see that, so it won't even be the waste of our time that the TG people would like it to be. I'm not concerned at all. Frankly, I agree with Layton. Why even go there? There are several logical conspiracy theories I have received...a good chuckle regardless, but some of them might truly be hitting the nail on the head. Regardless, I ask you this question...if you don't like what they say there, why go there? Let them work themselves up and get all concerned...no reason to defend us...our track record does that for us, friend.

As for PSE, it will be a little while longer, I think. The audits here at CEP, the server-stuff at C88, and now securing other means of withdrawals and funding for Trust for our international members have become the priorities. As those other priorities are accomplishes, you should hear more about a possible opening day for it.

They're hanging a lot of hope on that over at the sheep forum, talking about how much better SC is (now that's funny right there) now that the SEC has cleared them. (Funny, I still don't see Swiss Cash listed as licensed on the SEC list) I've even heard Skye telling people she thinks it took "about 60 days". The case, which I've pointed out was not even swiss cash, that they are pointing to was litigated for 4 years, and as I've also pointed out, no one was in that case trying to prove or disprove that the company was a scam, the legal issue was could the United States have access to records that were physically in Belize, the court said no, so they used other information to ultimately get the company to sign a consent decree and cease operations. Unlike CEP, though, the people involved in that got almost all their money back.

Thats true, alot of people are hoping, praying right now, no harm in that. Nobody has indicated that thing are going to get better or been given false hope. You know after operting smoothly and honestly for 19 months or so, people believe that this will work out OK.

You have no idea how this is going to play out. If CEP held thier funds in accesble accounts, then yes people will get thier money back with the funds available, not to mention as you like to remind everyone, the ones who did "make" money will have to give it back

Well, either CEP and the gang are in deep trouble or they were telling the truth from the get go.. So untill there is any real litigation/charges filed, all your negative speculation is just that.. speculation. Some speculate that things will be OKAY and carry on, others as the last 4-5 pages attest to believe everyones going to jail.. but at this point nobody but the powers that be know the truth and everything else is PURE BIASED SPECULATION

Luckily I only have 4 figures hanging in the balance.. I knew from the begining that this was VERY risky and took the chance anyway, with my play money.. so this will be an interesting time as events unfold.

I hate it when people tell me "you don't know how this will play out" or "no one has been convicted of a crime, this is not a scam yet" or "it's still paying!!!" Drives me nuts. If we go to the top of a very tall building and chuck a tire iron to the wind, I DO KNOW that it's going to hit the ground, gravity is one of those things I have a lot of faith in.
